Its natural habitat was surely the lower secondary growth and the edges of large rivers; however, now this species of Wren has adapted to live near human structures; many build their nests in roof eaves, and other buildings.
Very active, constantly searching for insects such as spiders, moths, crickets and small grass hoppers.
Adults always sleep alone; during birthing period the female will sleep with the young.
